Sweet Orange Juice

IMG_8650In summer we have to drink a lot of fresh juices to keep ourselves cool. So we can make fresh juices from any fruits and can drink it to retain the water level in our body. This is a simple and easy juice made from orange. Orange has a lot of health benefits. Oranges are low in calories but full of nutrients, they promote clear, healthy skin and can help to lower our risk for many diseases and conditions as part of an overall healthy and varied diet. So we can eat it raw, or make juice from it or have it in any form as you wish

Preparation Time: 15minutes

Ingredients:

  • Orange -3
  • Sugar or Honey-3tblsp or as required
  • Cold Water -1/4cup or as required

Preparation:

  • Remove the skin from orange and take the slices inside

Procedure:

  • Remove the skin from orange and take the slices inside
  • Take it in a juicer mixer or in an orange juicer and squeeze the juice
  • Then add sugar and cold water and mix well
  • Sweet Orange Juice is now ready!!!
