Mushroom 65

IMG_8244This is a deep fry recipe which goes well as a side dish for rice, biriyani and fried rice. This crisp and tasty mushroom 65 can be had as a snack with a cup of coffee. Even people who do not like mushrooms will like this if you give this as a snack. Mushrooms are good for health and so you can cook in different forms and can add it to your diet.

Preparation Time: 15minutes

Cooking Time: 15minutes

Marinating Time: 30minutes

Ingredients:

  • Mushroom -200gms
  • Maida -1cup
  • Corn flour/Chola maavu -1tblsp
  • Ginger garlic paste -2tsp(For homemade ginger garlic paste click here –> Click )
  • Red Chilli powder/Milagai thool -1tblsp
  • Pepper powder/Milagu thool -1tsp
  • Fennel Powder/Sombu thool/Perunjeeraka thool -2tsp
  • Salt -2tsp or as required
  • Water –As required
  • Oil –For deep frying

Preparation:

  • Wash and chop mushroom into small pieces

Procedure:

  • Wash and chop mushroom into small pieces
  • Then coat it with maida, corn flour, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, fennel powder, pepper powder, salt and water and marinate for 30minutes
  • Pour oil in a pan for deep frying
  • Then add the mushrooms one by one and deep fry in oil
  • Mushroom65 is now ready!!!

Step by Step Procedure:
