Grape Ginger Juice

IMG_7593Summer has started and we have to drink a lot of fresh juices to retain the water level in our body. So we can make any fresh juices as we wish and have. This grape juice is a simple and tasty juice prepared from grapes and ginger. It requires only few minutes to prepare. Grapes has a lot of health benefits too.  Although Grapes are very small and tiny in size, they have numerous nutrients, antioxidants, minerals and vitamins which keep us healthy, fit and fine. Grapes are high in water content and good for hydration. Grapes are high in antioxidants important for eye health. So we can eat it raw or make juice like this and add grapes to our diet

Preparation Time: 10minutes

Ingredients:

  • Black Grapes -1/4cup
  • Ginger -1inch piece
  • Sugar -1tblsp
  • Cold water -1/4cup
  • Ice cubes-As required (Optional)

Preparation:

  • Wash grapes in running water
  • Wash and peel the skin from ginger and chop into small pieces

Procedure:

  • Wash grapes and take it in a mixer
  • Add ginger, sugar and cold water and blend it for few minutes
  • Strain it if required using a strainer and add ice cubes
  • Grape Ginger Juice is now ready!!!
