Deep Fish Fry

IMG_8078Fish fry is a tasty and spicy non-vegetarian dish which tastes best with rice. The preparation is very easy and we can fry using any fish. It takes a very less preparation time and can be prepared easily when you are in a hurry.

Preparation Time: 15minutes

Cooking Time: 20minutes

Marination Time: 30minutes

Ingredients:

  • Fish -300gms
  • Red chilli powder/Milagai thool -1tblsp
  • Turmeric powder/Manjal thool -1tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste -1tblsp(For homemade ginger garlic paste click here –> Click)
  • Salt -2tsp
  • Lemon juice -2tsp
  • Oil –for deep frying

Preparation:

  • Wash and clean fish in water
  • Marinate fish with chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, salt and lemon juice and keep for 30minutes

Procedure:

  • Marinate fish with chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, salt and lemon juice and keep for 30minutes
  • Pour oil for deep frying
  • Deep fry the fish one by one and drain using paper towel
  • Deep fish fry is now ready!!!
