Chicken Cutlet

IMG_8479This is a tasty snack which can be made easily. It is always a favorite for all non veg lovers. It tastes heavenly with no words to describe. This delicious snack can be had with a cup of coffee at evenings. You can prepare keema(cutlets before frying) in large quantity and keep it in freezer for up to one month and take it and fry whenever needed. Now let’s see the recipe

Preparation Time: 25minutes

Cooking Time: 30minutes

Makes: 8 cutlets

Ingredients:

  • Chicken -1/4kg
  • Big onion -2
  • Green chilli -2
  • Ginger garlic paste -1tblsp (For home made Ginger garlic paste click here –> Click )
  • Potato -2
  • Salt -2tsp or as required
  • Egg -1
  • Breadcrumbs –from 2bread
  • Oil –for deep frying

Preparation:

  • Boil chicken and remove the bones from it and keep the flesh aside
  • Boil potato and peel the skin and mash it
  • Chop onion and green chilli

Procedure:

  • Pour oil in a pan
  • Add onion, green chilli and fry till onion becomes golden brown in color
  • Then add ginger garlic paste and mix well
  • Boil chicken and remove the bones from it and add this and mix well
  • Boil potato and peel the skin and mash it and add this and mix well and switch off the flame and allow to cool
  • Beat one egg and keep aside. Grind some bread or rusk in mixer and make it into crumbs and keep
  • After it cools take it and form a round and tap with the hand to form a round cutlet shape and dip it in egg and in breadcrumbs and deep fry it in oil
  • Drain it using a tissue paper
  • Chicken cutlet is now ready!!!

Step by Step Procedure:
