In summer, we have to drink a lot of fresh juices to retain the water level in our body. This is a tasty and healthy juice made with carrots and oranges. Carrots and oranges has a lot of health benefits. So we can eat it raw or have juices and add it to our diet.
Preparation Time: 15minutes
- Carrots -2
- Orange -1
- Sugar/Honey -2tblsp
- Cold water -1/4 cup
- Chop carrots into small pieces
- Remove the seeds from orange
- Take carrots in a mixer
- Add oranges and sugar and blend them
- Add cold water and blend again and strain it using a strainer
- Carrot Orange Juice is now ready!!!
