Cabbage Masala Dosai

IMG_7869This is a tasty and a healthy cabbage masala dosa which can be prepared easily. Kids can be given different types of dosa like this so that they will like it very much. The recipe is as follows

Preparation Time: 5minutes

Cooking Time: 10minutes

Ingredients:

  • Dosa batter -2scoop(For homemade Dosa Batter click here–> Click)
  • Cabbage -3tblsp grated
  • Chutney powder/Idli podi -2tsp(For homemade idli powder click here –> Click)
  • Salt -1/2tsp
  • Oil -2tblsp or as required

Preparation:

  • Grate cabbage using a grater

Procedure:

  • Pour dosa batter and spread like a dosa on dosa pan
  • Add the grated cabbage and spread it over the dosa
  • Then add idli podi and sprinkle over the dosa
  • Add oil and flip to the other side
  • Cabbage masala Dosa is now ready!!!
