Preheating In an Oven

IMG_7184You have to preheat your oven before making some baked recipes

When you are a beginner this seems to be the most difficult step in baking but actually this is a very simple step
Preheating is getting your oven to the desired temperature before we make cakes, cookies etc so that the oven reaches the correct temperature for baking
For this you have to heat an oven empty before you put the cake tin inside
If we don’t preheat the oven the cakes won’t get baked properly
Preheated oven cooks the food properly and bakes perfectly. So preheating is very essential before baking cakes

Procedure:

The first step is to place the short metal rack on the turntable and make sure its placed correctly at the center in a stable position
Then close the door and press the button Convection which means you are selecting the Convection mode
The display will show 180 degrees by default
You can increase it or decrease it based on the recipes
Then press ‘Start’
The turntable will start rotating and the oven begins to heat
The display will show “PRH” which means Preheating
Once the oven reaches the desired temperature which we set, it starts to beep
Now do no press anything. Just open the door and put the bake in and close the door
Then set the timer for 30 or 40minutes and press “Start” again
