Homemade Ginger Garlic Paste

IMG_8231Ginger Garlic paste is essential in daily cooking and without dish no dish is complete. This gives a nice flavor and taste to all dishes. So we can make it in a bulk and store it in fridge which is really a time saving one. If we make it every time we want it is really a tedious and time consuming work. This stays fresh for up to one month. But the only condition is we have to use a clean and dry spoon every time. It is very simple to prepare with just four ingredients required and we can see the recipe now

Preparation Time: 25minutes

Ingredients:

  • Ginger -1cup
  • Garlic -1cup
  • Turmeric Powder/Manjal thool -1/4tsp
  • Oil -1tblsp (You can use refined oil)

Preparation:

  • Peel the skin from ginger and garlic and keep
  • Chop ginger and garlic into fine pieces

Procedure:

  • Peel the skin from ginger and garlic and keep

  • Grind ginger for a minute in mixer with turmeric powder and oil and then add garlic and blend well
  • Now transfer this into a clean bottle. Don’t use hands to transfer but use a clean dry spoon
  • Now you can store in the fridge for up to one month as we have added turmeric powder and oil which is a preservative
  • Use clean and dry spoon every time
  • Homemade Ginger Garlic Paste is now ready!!!

Step by Step Procedure:
