Eggless Banana Cake

IMG_7205This is a tasty cake which is made with ripe bananas. The taste will be very nice and so heavenly. It requires only few ingredients but tastes so good and it’s healthy too. First you can get the dry ingredients ready and you can mix it with the wet ingredients. Now we can see the recipe

Preparation Time: 20minutes

Baking Time: 40minutes

Ingredients:

  • Maida -2cups
  • Baking Powder -1tsp
  • Baking Soda -1tsp
  • Salt -1/2 tsp
  • Butter -100gms
  • Sugar -1cup
  • Ripe Bananas -2
  • Vanilla Essence -1tsp

Preparation:

  • Grind bananas in a mixer and keep
  • Take all the other ingredients and keep ready
  • Take a cake tin and grease it(For Greasing cake tin click here) –> Click
  • Then preheat the oven and put the batter in (For preheating an oven click here) –> Click

Procedure:

  • Take maida in a bowl and mix it with baking powder, baking soda and salt
  • Add butter and sugar in a bowl and beat well
  • Then add the grinded banana paste and mix well
  • Add vanilla essence and mix well
  • Then add the flour mixture and mix well without any lumps
  • Then you have to grease and make a can tin ready (For greasing a cake tin click here) –>Click
  • Pour the batter into the tin
  • Then preheat the oven to 180° C (For preheating an oven click here) –> Click
  • Then put the cake tin in and bake for 40-45minutes depending on your oven
  • Then insert a toothpick or a knife in and if it comes clean the cake is baked correctly else put it back and bake for few minutes
  • Then allow it to cool completely and invert it on a plate
  • Slice it and enjoy
  • Eggless Banana Cake is now ready!!!
