Banana Cucumber Juice

IMG_7390Summer has started and we have to drink lots of juices so that we can retain the water level in our body. This is a fresh juice with banana and cucumber which we can prepare in minutes and enjoy. It requires only few ingredients which is easily available in our kitchen. This fresh juice is healthy too. Cucumber has 95 percent of water content in it and we can drink it as juice to quench our thirst and it keeps our body cool.

Preparation Time: 15minutes

Ingredients:

  • Banana -1
  • Cucumber -1/2
  • Sugar -3tblsp
  • Cold Water -2cups

Preparation:

  • Chop banana and cucumber into small pieces

Procedure:

  • Chop banana and cucumber into small pieces
  • Take this in a blender and add sugar and cold water and blend well
  • Sieve this using a strainer if necessary
  • Banana Cucumber juice is now ready!!!
