Lemon Rice/Elumichai Sadham

IMG_6627This South Indian food is very easy to make, which can be prepared in minutes when we are in a hurry or when we have leftover rice. It can be packed easily for picnics in less time. We can make it on weekday mornings if we wake up a little late and have a little time for lunch preparation. The taste of lemon gives a refreshing and tangy taste to the rice
